ORDER FULFILLMENT
Please allow 7-10 business days to process your monogrammed order. If you need an item sooner, please contact us, and we will try to accommodate your needs. A 25% rush charge will apply to orders required sooner than our standard turnaround time. Please understand that some items may be out of stock but usually can be reordered quickly. We will contact you within 24 hours if your order is going to require longer than our standard 7-10 business days to fulfill.
SHIPPING
Shipping is by best method via USPS first class mail or UPS Ground at actual market rates to US address only. There is an additional $3 handling fee per order. On average, once an order is processed, delivery to US locations falls between 2-7 business days. For international and/or rush delivery, please call 508-776-3091.
RETURN POLICY
We regret that personalized items are not refundable. Please be sure to review your monogramming information for accuracy before placing your order. Once your order is placed, changes may be made but cannot be guaranteed. Should a mistake be made which is not concurrent with the information you provided, we will gladly refund your money or replace the item with the correct personalization. Non-personalized items may be returned.
Please contact us if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order. Orders are returnable for refund within 14 days of the shipping date. Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt and refunds are pending inspection approval. Items returned must be received in new, salable condition. Please include a copy of your order receipt with your return. Approved refunds will be credited to your card within 14 days of returned merchandise receipt. Please allow two billing cycles for this credit to appear. Please remember to insure your returned merchandise when shipping as Brooke Boothe Monogramming is not liable for lost or damaged merchandise resulting while in transit. Please note that Brooke Boothe Monogramming is not liable for any claims for personal items supplied to Brooke Boothe Monogramming for the purpose of acquiring monogramming services, including but not limited to, loss or damage resulting from shipping carriers, equipment malfunctions or Acts of God. A signature is required with each order indicating you understand and are in agreement with these terms.
