Please read the instructions carefully, and provide us with the necessary information, or
download our PDF Order Form and forward it to us. We regret we cannot accept direct online
credit card payments at this time. However, we can accept Mastercard and Visa payments
please read "Payment Forms Accepted" below.

INSTRUCTIONS

When placing your monogram order, please provide us with the information exactly as you wish it to appear in the text boxes provided. If your nameis Ellie Sugar Boothe, please provide the initials in order: First, Middle, Last: ESB.

We will arrange the initials accordingly to the monogram style selected. Traditional monogram styles have the last name (surname) initial featured as the prominent letter.

Be sure to specify the MONOGRAM STYLE as well as the THREAD COLOR. Prices shown reflect monograms up to 10 characters in length per line (spaces are counted as characters). Additional characters are $2/each. For example,"Charlie & Sarah" counts as 15 characters, and therefore, the monogram charge would be an additional $10 to the item price or to our standard $15 per line monogramming service fee (if supplying your own items).

Please note that depending on the item ordered, there may be limited space and some monogram styles may not be optimal and longer monograms may not be possible. We will contact you should there be an issue.

For full names, please spell out exactly what you want embroidered, including capital letters and lowercase. Should you want the text separated onto several lines, please indicate where you want the line breaks with a forwardslash, "/". For example, "Madeline Grace/July 29, 2006/7 lbs 11 oz." will monogram as follows:
